Where venues are in Region V, and getting there
The Region V office is at the Government Center in Rawis, Legazpi City, Albay. Bicol's mainland provinces connect by road, with Naga and Legazpi the main hubs; Catanduanes and Masbate are islands reached by RoRo ferry, and their applicants must plan sea crossings for both processing and the exam.
NAPOLCOM doesn't publish a fixed list of Region V venues — testing sites are named in each examination announcement and can change between sittings depending on capacity and the schools available, and the exact venue and room are on each applicant's Notice of Admission. When you register online you choose this regional office; NAPOLCOM then assigns your specific site, which may not be the city nearest your home. Your notice is the only authoritative source, so check it the moment it's issued.

Camarines Sur and Albay generate the most applicants. Processing is centralised in Legazpi, so applicants from Camarines Norte at the region's northern end face a long trip.

Bicol is the most typhoon-hit region in the country. Storms entering from the Pacific make landfall here first, and Catanduanes in particular is exposed. Ferry cancellations and road closures are routine in the wet season; travel early and watch advisories.
