NAPOLCOM Exam Review is an independent PNP Entrance Examination mock platform, built by the same small team that runs CSE Exam Review, around the one thing that moved scores there: timed practice, scored by area, with a worked explanation on every item.
Most people who sit it do not pass.
NAPOLCOM published the numbers for its April 2026 sittings: 12,372 passers out of 41,592 examinees, about 29.7%. The questions are not the reason. The entrance exam tests secondary-school English and arithmetic, logic, and a fixed body of general information about the PNP and the law. What beats people is 3 hours on a clock, with no calculator, when they have never once sat a timed paper.
We built CSE Exam Review for the Civil Service Exam around exactly that problem, and watched the loop work: a diagnostic to find the weak area, drills on that area only, then full mocks until the clock stops mattering. This is the same loop, built for the NAPOLCOM exam, with the police-specific material the civil service paper never asks.
We didn't invent the loop. Anyone studying for the bar, the boards, or a licensure exam does something like it. We packaged it for the PNPE and priced it at ₱149, because a review centre charging thousands of pesos to lecture about logic puzzles is a tax on the people who can least afford one.

The reviewer, the drills, the flashcards and the exam runner are the same software, tuned to the NAPOLCOM exam. Every item in the bank is original, written to the item style NAPOLCOM uses, and every answer key is checked before it is published and corrected in public when a reader catches something we missed.
